Concepts' latest collaboration with Nike is out there ... like, really far out there. But in a good way. Channeling a bit of the beloved 'What the' theme – from the blending of materials, colors, patterns, hues and tones, the Air Max 1 has conjured up excitement from fans of the silhouette. Canvas, denim, pony hair, corduroy and velvet are all present on the silhouette, channeling the origins of Nike – circa the 1960s, just prior to Nike's advent. But nonetheless, a byproduct of the era in which Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman began to find their footing, no pun intended.
