Air Jordan 37 'Bordeaux'

Channeling MJ's 1992 All-Star Game pair

Keeping with his time-honored tradition, when the NBA's All-Star Game descended upon the Magic Kingdom in Orlando in 1992, MJ debuted a black-based colorway of the Air Jordan 7. And as Jordan Brand has continued to do beginning with the Air Jordan XXX1 in 2016, relying on the past to shape the future – the Air Jordan XXXVII (37) revisits not only the DNA tooling of Tinker Hatfield's 1992 design but does so for the modern player by bringing a bit of 1992 to 2023.

Utilizing the beloved 'Bordeaux' color scheme, the look of the AJ37 completely mirrors the 1992 OG AJ7, with its updated sport mesh framing dripped in a Midnight Fog and matching midsole which takes a bit of a look from the 2011 'Bordeaux' retro than the 1992 OG and 2016 re-release with its lighter shade. But it also implements the famed fabric cuts on the tongue each in a different color and Bordeaux colored lower tongue – all tied together by the colorful array on the outsole.

The familiar colorway returns as one of the first Air Jordan launches of 2023. See the official images after the jump.
